Return of goods

If the purchased goods do not meet your expectations, you can return them within 14 calendar days from the date of their delivery / collection and recover the money paid.

All returned goods must be returned with authentic labels, protective bags and original, undamaged packaging; they must not be worn or otherwise used. The customer who returns the goods shall cover the shipping costs.

The money shall be returned by transferring it to the customer's personal account. Please return the invoice along with the returned goods (you will receive an invoice with the goods). Money for the goods shall be returned within 3 business days from the day when the item is delivered to UAB “Viskas Futbolui”.

The right to cancel the order does not apply to the goods that were specially manufactured according to the requirements of the Buyer or individually adapted or which, by their very nature, cannot be returned, which are perishable or expire within a short time.
